What is Systemic Therapy
Systemic therapy is a form of psychotherapy that focuses on relationships and interactions rather than just individual problems. It helps individuals, couples, and families understand how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are influenced by the systems they are part of—such as family, work, and social environments.
Rather than viewing difficulties as isolated issues within a person, systemic therapy explores patterns of communication, underlying beliefs, and relational dynamics to promote change and well-being. By fostering new perspectives and healthier ways of relating, it supports clients in finding solutions that work within their unique contexts.
Whether you are facing challenges in your personal life, relationships, or family dynamics, systemic therapy offers a compassionate and collaborative approach to creating meaningful change.
